The initial assessment will be a 30-40 minute session designed to see exactly what we’re working with. Players will go through a structured series of ball handling and shooting drills (primarily ball handling) to evaluate control, pace, footwork, and mechanics.

High-intensity, one-on-one sessions built around the individual athlete. Each workout is fast-paced and detail-oriented, focusing on ball-handling, shooting, footwork, decision-making, and confidence. Players are challenged, coached with purpose, and held to a high standard every session.
In-depth breakdown of shooting mechanics, shot profile, and efficiency using video review. Players will receive a 10-minute video analysis with voice over where a coach will walk through clear, actionable feedback that identifies inefficiencies, reinforces strengths, and builds a more consistent and repeatable shot.
This comprehensive analysis includes a 20 minute breakdown of a recent game film, with detailed feedback on movement with and without the ball, as well as mindset. Players gain a deeper understanding of the game, recognize winning plays, and improve their basketball IQ.
A competitive training environment that raises intensity and pace. Small group sessions combine personalized coaching with live reps, reads, and game-like situations. Players learn to apply skills under pressure while building confidence and consistency with friends and siblings.
Structured, high level sessions designed to elevate team performance. Emphasis is placed on spacing, execution, communication, and core game concepts, helping players build disciplined habits and on court cohesion.
